Run by women, for women: a place to ask anything, and help with women-only programmes.

How it works

From a first question to a women-only programme

What WIT does for a junior, step by step, with women guiding each step.

1. 01AskAny questionSessions are led by women, in a room of women, so no question feels too basic to ask.
2. 02LearnSenior to juniorSeniors guide juniors through what they are learning and the doubts that come up along the way.
3. 03PrepareWomen-only programmesSessions on programmes run only for women, such as Flipkart Girls Wanna Code, Myntra WeForShe HackerRamp and DESIS Ascend from D. E. Shaw.
4. 04ApplyApply with helpMembers apply knowing what each programme asks for and how to get ready for it.
